Melrose House Meeting Space

We have a number of rooms available for you to hold your next client event or business meeting.

DRAWING ROOM & PARLOUR
Accommodates 40 seated at tables, 100 for cocktails

For meetings or presentations, theatre style seating, the Drawing Room accommodates up to 80. This leaves the Parlour for small break out groups, a smaller presentation or meeting, or for food and drink set up. Fabulous on-site catering is provided exclusively by the Melrose Cafe and is an additional cost.

Half day: $500 +GST

Half day = 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm
Full day: $700 +GST

Full day = 9am-6pm
Evening: $500 +GST

Evening = 7pm-11pm

THE BOARDROOM & LIBRARY
Boardroom: $250-300 +GST (half day / full day)

Historic boardroom table seats 12 (seating for up to 13)
Room for additional tables and/or seating in alcove
Library: $150-200 +GST (half day / full day)

Table seating for up to 6 people
Room for additional tables and/or seating
Hire the Boardroom and Library together to facilitate breakout sessions and have the first floor all to yourself.

FULL HOUSE: $900 +GST
Excludes the portion of the House occupied by the Melrose Cafe. The Cafe space can also be hired for an additional fee by prior arrangement.

EQUIPMENT
Melrose House now comes with FREE WIFI and an Ethernet port in the Boardroom
