Mahitahi Colab - Nelson Meeting Space

Home to its 3 founding partners, the Nelson Regional Development Agency, Chamber of Commerce and NMIT, the Mahitahi Colab aims to build a more connected business and innovation community, by creating stronger links between clever business, investors, researchers, business development providers, Government and the education sector.

We have three meeting rooms available for hire.

2x small meeting rooms: Ernest Rutherford Room & Janszoon Room
- up to 6 people each
- whiteboard in each room
- Ernest Rutherford room has a TV screen for presentations (no conference call capabilities)

Maungatapu Boardroom
- large boardroom which can comfortably seat 14-20 around the table or a larger groups with classroom or lecture style seating arrangements.
- video conferencing capability with a large smart screen equipped with high resolution camera and high quality microphone.
- large whiteboard

Catering can be arranged through the onsite NMIT cafe, mention this in your booking enquiry if interested.
