Character Wedding Venue Nelson

Melrose House offers couples an elegant and intimate venue for a boutique wedding. 

The Drawing Room with its polished floors and sparkling chandeliers provides space for up to 40 guests at tables or 100 for cocktails, whilst the House and extensive gardens offer a variety of photograph opportunities to provide a lifetime of memories of your special day.

By special arrangement the Melrose House Café rooms can also be hired in addition to the Drawing Room enabling use of the whole ground floor - these rooms all open on to the entrance foyer.

Close to the centre of the city behind Nelson Cathedral and in the leafy areas of Nelson’s dress circle, Melrose House provides easy access for your guests.  Working alongside your chosen suppliers we want to ensure your special day is as beautiful as can be!
