Pauanui Meetings and Functions Venue

Grand Mercure Puka Park’s three recently refurbished  conference rooms, cater from 5 to 150 delegates (maximum number is based on theatre style seating). Large windows allow natural day  light, or alternatively the rooms can be blacked out for audio visual displays.

Puka Room
The Puka Room is perfect for larger meetings for up to 150 delegates. This room is extremely versatile due to its open layout and vehicle access at the back.

Rata Rooms 1 and 2
Located off the lobby at the ground level of the main building, the Rata Rooms are ideal for boardroom meetings, intimate presentations and workshops for smaller groups, or as breakout rooms.
