The resort boasts a majestic mountainside location at Pauanui Beach on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.

Grand Mercure Puka Park Resort is the ultimate venue on the Coromandel Peninsula that combines all the romance and charm of the typical native New Zealand bush with the charm of the Coromandel’s best beaches and all this is under 2 hours away from Auckland.

The resort is set amongst 25 acres of native bush, nestled  on the side  of Mt Pauanui, looking down on 3kms of pristine beach and consists of 48  recently refurbished privately secluded  Chalets plus a main lodge which offers 3 function rooms, a beautifully positioned deck,  the Lounge, the Bar  and Miha Restaurant. Our facilities also include a solar heated lap pool, spa pool, sauna, gym, tennis and petanque courts.

We can cater for wedding parties of up to 120 guests, with ceremonies either on the beach or in the main lodge and receptions in our Puka Room.
