Meeting Spaces at North Harbour Stadium

NORTH HARBOUR STADIUM - Located on Auckland's North Shore, North Harbour Stadium has multiple versatile spaces for your event.

ROSS FINLAYSON EXECUTIVE SUITE
A well-appointed space situated on level 2 of North Harbour Stadium featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the main playing field. This suite can be used for boardroom meetings, cocktail party or events requiring multiple breakout spaces.​​ For your convenience, the suite includes a kitchenette, fridge and TV. It also has direct access via ranch slider doors to covered grandstand seating.

BAYSWATER AND MAIRANGI ROOMS
Located on Level 1 of North Harbour Stadium, Bayswater and Mairangi Rooms are adjacent spaces of the same proportions with the flexibility to be combined to create one room, or separated to create two individual rooms with soundproof retractable dividers.​​ Each room have built-in sound systems. These two spaces work well for larger conferences requiring multiple breakout spaces.

* This is not a BYO venue. We have a list of caterers we work with.
* Venue hire charges apply.
* Not suitable for 21st birthday parties.
* Our in-house experienced AV technicians will assist with sound, lighting, visual display, and connectivity
