Common Space Studio Event Hire

Welcome to Common Space Studio.

We are a newly built studio space based in Grey Lynn available for events, brand launches, car launches, seminars etc.

The main studio space is painted white and measures 10m(w) x 13m(d) x 4.8m(h). This is where events are held. The space is large and open and is perfect to bring in your own furniture, props etc. The plain white walls provide the perfect blank canvas for personalised branding for events / brand launches etc.

With access on the ground floor from the main room the studio also houses a full kitchen which is located next to the studio space for all your catering and preparation needs. The kitchen has a view through large windows into the studio space and comes with a coffee machine, oven, hob, water tap, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher and two sofa chairs. We have curtains between the kitchen and the studio space should you prefer to keep the spaces separate.

Located on the ground floor is also a disabled bathroom and seperate washroom as well as a loading bay which provides direct access from the road into the studio space. The loading bay is also the perfect way to drive vehicles from the road right into the studio for vehicle launch events.

On the first floor you will find the hair & makeup area with two HMU stations, a changing room, a bathroom (with shower), a meeting table and a lounge area with a sofa which has views down into the studio through large windows. The lounge area also provides a cosy space for smaller events if you are after a warmer / softer space.

Any of ours spaces can be used as is, or you are more than welcome to bring in your own decor, furniture, lighting and props.

Please note: We do not accomodate weddings or parties (21st's, 30th's etc.)
