I am reducing my teaching hours to mornings only and would love to have the yoga studio used for the rest of the day. Obviously, I would like some complementary activity to happen ideally on an ongoing basis.

Rent is $1350/ month (+GST), but this is negotiable for the right person. I am also happy to talk about what can be done easily to make the space more suitable for your activity.
