The Aaiotanga Community Space (or Emily’s Lounge) provides a rare character option for meetings in Auckland City Centre.
Very affordably priced, we offer a warm and welcoming environment that is particularly handy for City Centre workers and residents who might be looking to host an event.
It comfortably holds 40 people seated and 50 people if standing.
Our venue is a large lounge type environment with plenty of clear space to set up chairs and tables. It is perfect for meetings, workshops, classes, presentations, yoga, community groups, kids classes, rehearsals, acoustic music performances - and much more.
It is also used for celebrations, fundraisers and could even be used as intimate wedding venue.
We have 2 toilets and a small kitchenette located in the foyer adjacent to the venue. Please note, this is a heritage building so disability access is limited and needs to be discussed prior with the venue hosts.
If you are an unfunded community group, we offer discounted rates. Please get in touch to find out more. Our fee for not for profit groups is the listed $29/hr. There is a $10 surcharge for business groups making it $39/hour.
