The property is reminiscent of a village setting – being some 30 years in the making.

It is ideal for a community setting scenario, as it sits amidst 5 acres of garden and expansive lawn, the property is both secluded yet close to motorway access, being just 5 minutes from Hamilton City.

There is on site:

An historic Chapel, which has pews and high studded panel ceiling. It opens out to a large brick paved forecourt.

Next to the Chapel is a Barn, built to mirror the Chapel’s heritage, it features wooden floors and high stud.

Behind the Barn is a very large implement shed, high stud and concrete floor. There is also a very large glasshouse undergoing refurbishment.

Across the forecourt sits a large annex which overlooks a fountain pool and long grassed promenade.

If one peers closely at surrounding bushes, there is likely to be a wicked old lady…butt naked…ready to photo bomb your shoot. If you must…approached with caution as she is highly volatile and can utter forth a string of obscenities that can leave even a pox doctor reeling.

In all, there is easy access for film equipment, gantries etc.

Large car park, wifi, power, ample water supply, quiet and secluded surroundings.
