Ugbrooke Homestead was established in 1885 and completed in 1903. Its history is long and coloful. This iconic brck homestead is modelled on Ugbrooke in Devon England and was the home of both aristocracy and early farmer/settlers.
The home is 10,000 square feet and features unqiue timber panelling and 18 feet high ceilings.  The Edwardian Dining Room and Chudleigh Bar are exceptonally elegant rooms. The setting is in the beautiful Awatere Valley of Marlborough among vienyards with views to the sea.  It is currently run by the owners as a boutique B & B but is ideal as a film or advertisement ocation.
