Top flat in 2-storey house, "sitting in the sky", overlooking the open sea. Opens to dramatic views of Lyall Bay, Evans Bay and the Tasman Sea. 



The house is a typical kiwi house. It still has little details in the house you don't find in younger houses, like the doors, door handles, plastering matching the tiles, and little details in the windows you don't get any more nowadays. The little features it has remind you of the "Great Gatsby" decade.



Currently, the rooms are not available, only the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and lounge area and balcony.
