The Grey Lynn Community Centre has 4 room areas that may be booked out.

Capacity is approximately 70 people depending on event.
Suitable for meetings, workshops, exercise, dance and drama classes.

Balcony Room
Capacity is 20 people seated theatre style.
Multi purpose room suitable for meetings, workshops, classes and small conferences etc
Situated in the new upstairs addition area.
- Air conditioning unit.
- Kitchenette, bathroom and baby changing facilities adjacent.
-Crockery available for use by arrangement at time of booking.
-Trestle tables and chairs stored with the room
- Large permanent whiteboard.
- Sliding door gives access to generous deck area.

The Main Hall is suitable for private functions, hui, weddings, receptions, gatherings, performances, rehearsals, film screenings, dance, yoga and exercise classes.
The maximum room capacity is 200 (based upon theatre style seating)
