Available now in central Jervois Rd, in the same block as Andiamos.. There  are  a couple of spaces available to take advantage as popup shops.... or to see if your retail idea does work without having to sign up with an expensive lease. One space is 40sq metres, the other is 71 sq metres and has  sole use of a fenced courtyard, it has been both  a garden shop and a pet shop. Both have own  sink and running water etc, but  toilet facilites are shared. First in first served
