Terrace Therapy Room & Small Offices

At the Braemar Building, our aim is to provide a warm, welcoming, characterful environment for your business in what is arguably one of the best locations in the Wellington CBD.

We provide a breath of fresh air in the city in two respects - we are not your usual characterless, corporate high rise, but a peaceful, welcoming place where you can feel at home and create an office that reflects you and your personality or brand - and yes, ALL our rooms have windows opening to the outside!

We currently have one large west-facing light-filled room ideal for therapy available with a shared waiting room directly off it - and two smaller very affordable rooms, one currently used as a waiting room and one currently used as a meeting room, which are available to be converted to offices (the one with the grey chairs is $150 plus GST per week and the other $180 plus GST per week).

These rooms would be suitable for 1-2 people working in IT or consulting or similar venture with limited storage needs.
As we are a serviced office business, office furniture is supplied for these rooms at no extra charge.

Our standard tenancies are month-on-month, but longer fixed tenancies if desired are certainly welcome. Please contact Melissa to arrange a no-obligation visit of our rooms and facilities.

Monthly rental includes:
- 24/7 office access
- Use of boardroom free to all tenants with online booking system
- Reception services
- Furnishings for therapy room or office set up provided if required
- Wifi internet
- Power
- Cleaning
- Water cooler, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and frequently home baking!
- Secure document disposal
- Use of PO Box for your business; daily mail collection and delivery
- Lift access to all floors
- Access to printer/photocopier/scanning facilities (scanning free; user pays for photocopying/printing)
