Desks in the Co-Space:
The rent is set to include a desk, chair & drawers, kitchen facilities (including tea/coffee/milk/sugar), 1 meeting room, wifi, power and air conditioning.

Operating expenses include Park maintenance, grounds maintenance, rates, bathroom and shower facilities, insurance, common space, cleaning of common space, security, non-executive carparks, meeting rooms.

There is a printer and photocopier in the Co-Space and your usage is charged to you.
