The Kollective - TK

The Kollective - TK is NZ's largest co-working space, dedicated to social impact.
Primarily for the not for profit, social enterprise and charitable sector, TK is also open to commercial business on the basis that you are prepared to enter into the spirit of our community through giving back.

TK is located on 17th Avenue, Tauranga, just off Cameron Road and conveniently located not far from Tauranga's CBD.

Our meeting and conference facilities are comfortable with three sizes available for a maximum per space of 5, 20 and then 50 people. All our rooms have large digital displays, and our conference rooms have powerful Logitech webcams with built in microphone. The Maxhub mobile conference screen + interactive whiteboard can be booked by resident members free of charge to use anywhere in the building.

We also have the The Pavilion available after hours with a capacity of up to 100 with a mix of standing and seating. Included is the use of the kitchen and high-rise tables for catering, Beautiful on a summer's evening as it opens onto The Historic Village green. Perfect for BA5s, AGMs, awards or presentations.

It's important to note that The Kollective is not a hospitality environment. You will be expected to play your part in our family like you would your own.
Whether it's cleaning up after your meeting, emptying dishwashers when required or just being available to offer advice to your fellow members. 

We have four different membership options available.

Te Kotare - Resident Member (Meeting rooms included, out of hour access)
$525 + GST per month (Commercial rate $650PCM + GST)

Te Kahu - Resident Member - HOT Desk (Meeting rooms included. Access during office hours)
$315 +GST per month (Not for profit ONLY)

Te Kereru - Non-Resident Member (Office Hours)
$120 +GST NFP rate invoiced annually ($10 + GST per month)
$250 +GST Commercial rate invoiced annually.

The Day Pass - HOT DESK (Office Hours)
$30 + GST per day (for Te Kereru members)
$45 +GST per day - day pass only. (Credit card payments paid in advance)
