Join us in our Villa office based in Kingsland Central. We are a small digital marketing agency, with several team members moving overseas or out of Auckland and now working remotely. With this - we have plenty of space that we would love to share with like-minded people and/or a business.

Full fit-out including kitchen, 2x bathrooms, 1 shower, wifi, photocopier, and multiple meeting spaces. Delightful surroundings with lots of natural light and fresh air.

Private downstairs-office. The office is split into two, with the entire downstairs level being available for lease. The space comfortably fits 4 desks and has space for a private meeting room at the back. The downstairs area would be private to you, with our team being upstairs. The downstairs part has a heat pump and plenty of storage space. The downstairs kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area would be communal (we would still use).

Can come furnished or empty.

Filtered water, tea, coffee, cleaning/bathroom supplies, internet & power all included.

We are flexible about adding and adjusting the space if it is needed to suit your needs.
