At “The Ghuzz” we get co-working. The space is managed in-house by a team who previously worked out of the BizDojo in Wellington. So, there is no bureaucracy; just have a chat with one of the team if you need something. And we are all co-workers here, so you’ll be part of our community, not just occupying a spare desk.

We are a friendly, diverse community of architects, environmental scientists, lawyers, writers, brand strategists, civil engineers, and web designers. We’re welcoming, respectful, non-judgemental.

We enjoy our time here with background music to keep us energised, and a variety of dogs to help us relax, we think you'll lurve meeting Winnie, Zhazoo and Nikki.

A flat monthly fee covers all the stuff you need. Amenities include
