Desk In Architects Design Studio Vulcan Lane

This advertisement is for the rent of a desk in an open plan, approximately 110sq.m. open studio space that we, an architectural and inteior design firm inhabit.  We have fitted it out in a kind of 'classical boutique' style, thuough it is a work in progress.  While the arrangement would be for the exclusive use of a desk (ie renter to provide own computer system and phone system / number) there can also share the office facities including toilets, kitchen, meeting table board table, and photocopier (renter to link to p/c) etc.  Our space occupies an entire level  of a character circa 1920's commercial building "Campells Building' on the corner of High Street and Vulcan Lane.  Lift and Stairs access outside working hours controlled by proxity card.  



We are a currently a 3-4 person team.  Space would suit someone within the design industry.  We listen to a wide range of music.  View from Desk area on to High St.
