We are a architecture design company and looking to share the space with other like-minded professionals.



The office is loacted on the first floor, two walls facing outdide, very sunny, has a direct access to the balcony. with modern internal fit-out.



There are 3 desks and one round table for meeting use are availble for use.

Depend on how many of you, you can just rent one table or a group of 3.



The cost of $140 plus GST (per person per desk per week) includes all outgoings (power, unlimited fiber internet, rubbish collection, water, bathroom supplies). It also includes access to a hp grade printer(can printer A3) (user pays an at cost price per page in addition).



Min. rent: 2months. ( you can move out with two months’ notice). Depending how many people move in, this can be negotiable.



There is lots of on street parking on road (free).



Great cafes and sushi is nearby within walking distance. 



Given the nature of our practice and our clients, we are looking to align with like-minded professionals (an ideal tenant would be a engineer, professional advisor, accountant, or similar)
