Shared space in the Imperial Building

We are a designed focused creative business looking to share space with a few like minded people. We are based in the amazing Imperial Building, one of the most beautiful spaces in downtown Auckland.



We are offering a space for between 3-4 people, pricing is $600 per person. Includes all outgoings, including ultra fast broadband. Happy to negotiate if you are looking to take space for 4 people.



The space includes a shared kitchen, a private boardroom (booking required) and is located in the Imperial Building. Desks and chairs provided.



Outgoings includes internet and power, landline phones not provided. 



Excellent security system with buildling and floor swipe access and security cameras.



Feel free to drop in and check out the space. The space will be availble from November and commitment period is flexible.
