Treatment room for rent

We have a treatment room available for shared custody, in our Epsom Spray Tan premises. I utilise the room appropriately 10 hours a week only as my tan business uses my time, (these hours are pretty set and any extra hours would work around you). Seems like a waste of space so would be perfect for someone wanting an hourly rental $25 plus GST or a set weekly rental can be negotiated. There is no off street parking but lots of street parking in the vicinity. Would be the perfect spot for someone who only wants part time and not tied into a lease cost includes all overheads.
