Room for rent Grey Lynn

We have a room for rent at The Health Clinic. I am an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist and looking for someone to come on board and work alongside me and utilize my second treatment room.

We are based in the heart of Grey Lynn, I am very passionate about complementary health and we are starting to build a following in the area. We opened just prior to the pandemic, weathered that, and now focused on building the business.

Ideally, I would love someone to come on long term, but can also offer the room short-term/casual. I have many ACC patients so would be great to have a physio or osteo in here so I can cross refer my patients for ACC45.

There is room for negotiation on what you require. You have the option of being added to my booking system Jane.app, also the option of towels (for long-term, casual you will need to provide your own linen). I can also add you to merchant services or you can bring your own eftpos machine. Full unlimited fiber also available. There is a small kitchenette area and a common area where I generally use between patients or to make herbal prescriptions. I am happy to either do a % share or fixed 1/2 day or full day rate.

There is plenty of street parking though the space does not come with a car park, it is occasionally metered, but I have not had any patients to date have issues with car parking. There is also wheelchair access.
