33 Federal has been refreshed, with exposed industrial feel, concrete floors, ironwork joinery and modern lighting. There are two Zoom suites and a larger Boardroom plus reception area. A spacious shared kitchen area with banquette seating and views out over Wynyard Quarter provide loads of natural light and additional space to collaborate, chat or enjoy a coffee.

This space is perfect for a like-minded company, offering a fantastic location and easy access to public transport plus all the Viaduct & Commercial Bay have to offer. We are an easy walk to most venues within the CBD, including the ferry terminal.

All desk furniture is included, with further hot desking spots free within the space. We are happy to discuss changes to decor and/or configuration of the space if desired. Daily Bread on the concourse for fantastic coffee and baked goods, or just use the in-house espresso machine.

Monthly rental of $4.5k+GST (ex shared overheads, for discussion).

Minimum 6 month tenancy with first right of renewal; lease expires June 2025.
