We have a great, furnished office space available in Marua Road, Mount wellington. The space available is one office room with 4 desks (approx 18m2) - there is also kitchen and meeting facilities available.
We're pretty flexible on term - can be available on a month-by-month lease with 1 month's notice so you don't have to lock in for the long term.
This space would suit someone looking to have exclusive use of their own office space, but can also be made available as individual desks if that's what you're after.

Your exclusive use office is in a 3 room/ office space shared with one other start-up. The room is on the first floor with full-width windows, loads of natural light ... AND your own heatpump! You'll have unrestricted 24/7 access to the alarmed office space.

There is a full suite of premium/ modern commercial office furniture in place, including some screen mounts available if required.

All amenities eg power, water, wifi etc are included so you just need to turn up and plug in. You will have access to and use of the onsite kitchenette, coffee machine, toilet and separate bathroom with shower.
There is a board room/ meeting room with large meeting desk, large screen TV and whiteboard available... and plenty of storage onsite that can be used by arrangement/ negotiation depending on your needs.

We do have an attached warehouse with full order processing capability, staff and regular courier collections. This is generally at capacity with our own business, but some warehousing and order processing facilities may be able to be made available if needed.

We are a bunch of animal lovers, so the space is totally pet-friendly too!
