A conference venue created from what was once an historic Wellington wharf warehouse that stored wool, wood and flax in one of its working lives, and a brewery in another.

The building formerly known as ‘Shed 22’ has been transformed into Harbourside Function Centre – a venue offering five versatile spaces on three levels, all right on the Waterfront.

All rooms are air-conditioned, have high-speed Wifi, and disabled access.

Harbourside is a hop, skip and jump from Te Papa National Museum, only a few minutes walk from Wellington CBD, and just 20 minutes drive from Wellington airport.

The Loft
Capacity 50 seated
The Loft is a personality-filled meeting space which can cater for a range of events, from meetings and presentations to workshops and more interactive uses.

It’s New York loft feel, integrated bar and mood lighting also make it perfect for celebrations and cocktail events for up to 50. Located on level two at Harbourside, The Loft is fully air-conditioned, connected to high-speed WiFi and has disabled access.

The Boardroom
Capacity 14 seated
Located on Level 2 opposite the Loft, Harbourside’s Boardroom is the venue’s best-kept secret. This aspirational meeting space is perfect for sparking thought and discussion, with stimulating décor and ambience enhanced further with loads of natural light and waterfront views.

The room has capacity for up to 14 guests making it ideal for meetings, workshops and private dining.
