The Hamilton Gardens Pavilion is centrally located within the Gardens and has been designed for expansive dinners, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and wedding receptions.

Chartwell Room
The Chartwell Room is a popular venue for seminars, meetings, public lectures and workshops.
With an adjoining kitchen with a door and serving hatch into Chartwell Room, this is a great space for an all-day event (additional costs apply).

The Board Room

Featuring a kitchenette and large windows, the Piwakawaka Room is great for small events of 40 to 74 people.

Link Room
The Link Room is suitable for small events of 40 to 76 people, with a kitchenette available.

A large multipurpose space suitable for large dinners, presentations, shows, expos, and conventions. It can be joined to the Exhibition Hall to create a larger venue.
