SEED CO-WORKING SPACE

Another initiative of the DCDB is the creation of a Co-Working Space available for businesses and community groups to access meeting rooms, hire a desk by the hour, the day, the week or for a set period, and a place to connect with like minded people. Resources available within the space will include free wifi, commercial photocopier available at competitive rates, tea & coffee facilities. Assistance with funding applications, business plans, and business set up are also available.

2 x Board Rooms - seat up to 14-16 people includes fixed whiteboard and digital screen | $25 p/h | $75 half-day | $150 full-day
2 x Meeting Rooms - seat up to 4-6 people includes portable whiteboard and digital screen upon request | $15 p/h | $45 half-day | $90 full-day
4 x Hot desk - book a desk for a morning or afternoon, a week or month
1 x Event Space - seats up to 50 people.
