Distinction Coachman Hotel is located just a short 10 minute drive from Palmerston North Airport with shuttle and taxi services available. If you are driving to Distinction Coachman there are 62 free monitored parking spaces subject to availability. There is also space to accommodate a 50 seater coach in front of the property.

We have a selection of three meeting rooms available. Whether it be for a small intimate meeting, large conference or special event dinner, we have you covered. With everything from room size, to catering, to onsite accommodation.

Hunterville Room 150 seated - 200 cocktail
The Hunterville Room is the largest function room we have, with a capacity of up to 200 delegates which can be increased when used in conjunction with the adjoining rooms.

McKelvie Room 50 seated - 70 cocktail
The McKelvie room is perfect for your small to medium sized event and larger events when used in conjunction with the adjoining Hunterville Room. The McKelvie Room is located on the garden side of Distinction CoachmanHotel
with beautiful views of our Garden. The large windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Green Room 75 seated - 80 cocktail
One of our most private rooms located away from the road on the second floor of the Hotel, the Green Room over looks the Garden below and offers wonderful natural lighting. Being able to accommodate up to 80 people, it is suitable for most events, with two alcoves in the room that can be used for displays or breakout spaces.
