We have different rooms that can be hired together or individually.
BOARD ROOM:
Our boardroom is a more formal setting that seats 12-18 people. It has modular tables
that can be configured any number of ways, making it a versatile and comfortable space.
The room has full IT capabilities: the built-in projector with complete video conferencing capabilities mean you can host any type of meeting both in person and with online participants. Built-in cameras and microphones mean your session can be easily recorded.
It is suitable for meetings, seminars, training, classes, and group sessions.
FOCUS GROUP ROOM:
Our Focus Group room is suitable for in-depth interviews, focus groups and informal meetings. It has comfortable lounge style chairs and soft furnishings and can seat up to 12 people, making it an informal and relaxing space. If required, groups can be viewed discreetly in the adjacent viewing room. Moreover, the furniture can be rearranged to meet your specific needs.
VIEWING ROOMS:
Both of our rooms are supported by an adjacent viewing room, as well as having state-of-the-art sound and video recording systems and private viewing rooms. Viewing rooms have a mirrored window that ensure observation is discreet and that it does not interfere directly on the outcome of the interaction being observed. These viewing rooms are often used when researchers and clients want to observe live interactions in a focus group type setting.
SERVICES & FACILITIES:
When booking our rooms, you have access to a welcoming space that has bar-style seating and couches for up to 20 people. This is an ideal staging area or mingling space.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a barista coffee machine and cooking facilities so your dedicated host can look after your every need with our complimentary coffee and tea making facilities and any catering you may require.
The rooms have central air conditioning to guarantee the perfect temperature.
Our convenient city center location makes us easy to find. 2 designated parking spaces can be allocated for you on request and we normally have plenty of on-street free parking.
Please note the rooms are on the first floor and there is unfortunately no disabled access - access is through a set of stairs.
