Tauranga Meeting Room - alot of free parking

Tauranga Volunteer Coastguard has two meeting rooms for hire (please note this venue is not available after hours or for social events). Based at the beautiful location of Sulphur Point Marina, easy access from all areas of Tauranga. You will enjoy hassle free available parking right outside the venue at no parking costs.

Our larger meeting room, The Gresham Room located downstairs, holds between 50-60 people, depending on how the room is set up and is fully equipped with projector/screen/DVD/TV/whiteboard all available at no extra cost, with two air conditioning units and plenty more tables and chairs available, that you can set up to however you prefer. Wifi is also available in both spaces.

This room also has a fully functioning kitchen available, wheel chair access and a disability toilet.

Our upstairs meeting room can hold up to 15 people and is ideal for a smaller meeting, it has a projector/screen/whiteboard and kitchenette available. Please note: Access is via stairs and it does not have any disability access and we are selective as to who can hire this area.

Our office is based at Sulphur Point in Tauranga and has plenty of free parking available, you will also enjoy great water views.

For your convenience there is the Marina Cafe situated right next door that is available for catering if required and the Tauranga Sports Fishing club also next door which is open for lunch and dinner. You are welcome to bring in catering from outside organisations. You will also need to provide your own tea/coffee/sugar/milk etc. You are welcome to use the plates/mugs/cutlery provided. We do have table cloths for hire please enquire if you wish to use these. We provide the room only and you are welcome to set up the room how you wish.

Please call us regarding prices as we do a half and full day rate.  As we are a not for profit charitable organisation our rates are very competitive, the hireage fees help with our operational expenses, to ensure we continue "saving lives at on the water".
