Conference Room Design:
Renovated in early 2024, the Residium Conference Room is a medium sized and adaptable space for meetings, training sessions and workshops. Thank you to our suppliers: Jacobsen, Aspect Furniture, Autex Acoustics, Samsung, Lightplan and Nomadtika.

ABOUT RESIDIUM:
Residium is open 7 days a week, 355 days a year, attracting 50,000 annual visitors. We offer a 7-day-a-week, managed showroom service for brands in the Build & Design industry. Brands choose Residium to showcase products and solutions to architects, designers, industry professionals, and mid-to-high-end residential clients. Our 3500m2 showroom is regularly utilized as an events space and we are proud to offer two newly renovated meeting rooms for private hire.

Residium is Auckland’s premier architectural products showroom. Hire our Boardroom, Conference Room or Function Spaces for your next event.

TEA + COFFEE
Complimentary self service bean-to-cup coffee is available at Reception for groups of 6 or fewer.
Self-service tea and coffee is available by arrangement in the Boardroom at $6pp per half day or $10pp per full day.
High-volume filter coffee for up to 50 pax available by arrangement for Conference Room bookings at $8pp per half day or $12pp per full day for groups of 40 or more. In-room Nespresso (where available) can be arranged for groups of up to 18 pax at $6pp per half day or $10pp per full day.
For groups of 50+ we recommend NZ Coffee Carts for mobile barista services.

CATERING
We welcome external catering companies to deliver to Residium, but ask that you organize it yourselves to manage your own dietary requirements and budgets. The Residium Team will facilitate the delivery and collection of catering if provided with delivery times.
We recommend catering is arranged in “working lunch” or casual style which removes the need for plates and cutlery. Our kitchen facilities are not suitable for food preparation or heating food. We do have a range of refrigeration options for chilling drinks and keeping food fresh.

We offer 80 x wine glasses, 80 x tumblers, 12 x water jugs and a range of serveware and crockery. Contact us for specifics.
