Waitākere Bush Boardroom

A heartbeat from Auckland but you will feel miles away, this Bush Boardroom is hosted at Velskov, a private regenerating native forest with the Waitākere Ranges as a backdrop.

The entire 10 acre native forest is reserved exclusively for your team when you choose a programme here and features an architecturally designed glass canopy.

Velskov means ‘forest wellness’ in Danish. Wellness in art, cuisine, and nature. It's a space of sustainable ecology, art, food and drinks, and lots of outdoor magic. It’s a place where the forest feeds the soul.

Spend a day in nature together at Velskov, start with mindful hike to clear your heads then take your planning to the next level with exclusive use of our Bush Boardroom and watch that creativity spark. Featuring our GastroGeography forest of native plants lunch, for a special and memorable planning day.

Restore & Reconnect
If you only have half a day to spend away from the office, taking your team outside to recharge in nature offers the best return. The positive effects of time spent in nature will last long after your visit. Develop a strong sense of connection to nature through a mindful hike and a feast for the senses.

Forest Immersion
Nature can teach us a lot about ourselves. As well as a leveller, it’s offers a sense of perspective that’s hard to achieve in the office. Great for leaders who are looking for a fun but meaningful immersion. Each workshop can be tailored to what your teams outcomes are, but could involve:
