We have a maximum capacity of 80 with a 9:30pm curfew. Off-street parking for up to 34 vehicles.

You also get custom handmade tables and seating, basic bar and catering facilities, House and a Portable PA with micrphones, , 65” screen on rolling stand, bathrooms, lawn games, outdoor seating, professional rigging for AV or Decor installations and more.

Along with the venue you get the Rocky Outcrop, Orchards, Gardens with two glasshouses and all the little spaces in-between!
