Configured as a home, there are spaces to sit and relax, eat and meet for up to 16 people.

The space reflects the charm and character of the industrial history with its valued architectural features such as exposed timber trusses and original tiled flooring, yet has a modern, light and airy feel with its huge windows looking onto the treetops outside.

The dining room/meeting table is a slice of history too as it was an original piece from MOTAT.
The primary use of the space is a music and singing studio, and a beautiful baby Danneman grand piano adds a touch of class. You are welcome to play, or entertainment can be provided to enhance your event on request.

It features a full sized kitchen on timber flooring, large open plan area of more than 90m2 on beautiful warm tile, exposed trusses, plenty of natural light and a balcony.

You have a range of eateries at your doorstep including the award winning Cibo restaurant, and all that Parnell Rise has to offer only a short walk away, or the kitchen is fully stocked for you to self-cater. There is a Delonghi coffee machine with beans from nearly Havana roasters, and a Nespresso with pods included in your hire charge.

Located a 10-minute walk from Parnell train station, or a 10-minute cycle from Downtown Auckland, you can take advantage of sustainable modes of alternative transport whilst we are minutes from the motorway and the CBD. The comprehensive recycling and compost facilities provided onsite support zero waste initiatives.

There is one carpark allocated, or ample paid parking on the road or carpark opposite.
