Meeting Rooms On The Terrace

Meetings on The Terrace is located in Wellington's Central Business District.  We are the perfect venue for your next conference, seminar, staff training or interview session.  Meetings on The Terrace also specialises in offering space for business meetings, professional exams and training courses.

Our ground floor venue has a variety of room sizes to suit your needs. Three good size rooms take care of your meetings, seminars, product launch or exams. Additionally, two smaller rooms are available for board meetings, breakout space or staff interviews. Catering facilities are also available with all the meeting rooms, seminar rooms or training rooms.

Room rates are BY THE DAY and start from $375 for a small breakout room; $590 for the Cable Car or Lecture Rooms or $750 for the Seminar Room - per day, plus GST.

Half day rates are available upon enquiry.

CONFERENCE & INTERVIEW ROOMS - both rooms have TV Monitors and webcam included in the room rate.

CABLE CAR ROOM has plug 'n' play camera with ceiling microphone & speakers - super easy to do ZOOM and TEAMS!

SEMINAR ROOM is a dedicated Microsoft TEAMS ROOM and has dual cameras (front & rear); 2 x 85" TV's; Ceiling mounted speakers and microphones.
