Studio 3 - 10 x 7m - Good natural light $40 +gst
Studio 4 - 6 x 9m - no natural lighting $25 +gst
Studio 5 - 7.5 x 5.9m - Good natural lighting $15 +gst

Day rehearsal rates for artistic companies $20-25hr +gst
Day rates for commercial hire same as individual studio rates.
Self rehearsals / choreography (creating content) $15hr +gst

• Shared open plan kitchenette, seating, and bathroom areas.
• 4 x on-site car parks 24/7 for hirers
• Plenty of street parking for clients
