Private offices are spacious and suited to those professionals who need to work on their own or with staff/colleagues.

DEDICATED DESK $520+gst/month (Min 1-month term)
Dedicated desks in a shared space with 24/7 work for those who work independently as sole traders, contractors, or remote workers.

HOTDESK
Daily $39+gst/day - 10 visit concession $327+gst
Half day (4.5 hours) $27+ gst - 10 visit concession $199+ gst

Hot desks in a shared space are great for freelancers, business travellers, digital nomads or those just looking for a short break from working at home.

For those sunny, warm days the outdoor deck is there as an optional working space, for eating lunch or to just take a break. Having an onsite administrator will ensure smooth running of the offices.

The office space covers approximately 160m2 in Paraparaumu, a short 500m walk to supermarkets, Coastlands Mall, cafes, gyms and bus and train stations.
