Thinking of hosting an event? Plymouth International have a selection of modern and multi purpose spaces, including our very own Grand Ballroom. Over the years we have hosted a huge array of events including balls, weddings, dine and dance shows, birthdays, gala evenings and family reunions.

Our Event Managers take the hassle out of organising an event and can tailor theming, menus and layout to suit. Our venue hire and set up costs includes tables, seating, linen, cutlery, glassware, crockery, centre pieces and table runners as well as backdrops, a stage, dancefloor, awards tables, cake tables, microphones, AV equipment and background music if required. We also have an in house florist to look after any flower arrangements.

All our catering is done onsite. We pride ourselves on serving the highest quality food at a great price. We have a team of experienced chefs led by our Executive Chef Mike Cribb, who has been catering events hosted here for over 10 years. We offer a range of options to suit every budget with a variety of menus and are more than happy to cater to any special dietary requirements. 

Our experienced Food and Beverage team ensure the smooth running of your event, allowing you to make the most of your time with loved ones. Our pricing includes staff for the duration of your event, offering tray service for cocktail style evenings, 3 course plated meals or buffet style as well as your own serviced bar if required.

We also offer special accommodation rates if you are hosting an event with us as well as use of our hotel facilities including complimentary onsite parking, free WiFi, use of our gym, house bar, courtyard, heated pool and spa.
