Hornby Club is a large multi-purpose venue in Central Hornby, close to the airport and inner city. With a new architecturally impressive building, Hornby Club is the perfect option for corporate conferences, meetings, expos, celebrations, birthday parties, weddings, functions and sporting tournaments.
Hornby Club holds hundreds of functions every year. To ensure the smooth running, we have a dedicated and skilled Functions and Events team to assist and support you with your event needs. All our delicious catering is done on-site by our experienced Executive Chef. Hornby Club has 300 carparks and is a 15-minute drive from the airport.
Our venues can accommodate small groups of four, through to large scale conferences with a maximum of 500 attendees.

Events Centre
Capacity: 100-500
Great for: Conferences, Expos, Tournaments, Concerts, Presentations, Seminars and more.
Access to: Two private bars, break-out rooms, a stage, its own private toilet facilities and all technology requirements to ensure a successful event including projectors, sound system and smart event technology.
Mezzanine
Capacity: 32-150
Great for: Celebrations, wedding receptions and smaller corporate events including seminars, presentations, training sessions and large team events.
Access to: Toilets, private bar, TV screens, sound system and microphones. The Mezzanine also has access to a private lounge room and a dance floor can be arranged.
Alpine Lounge
Capacity: 8-40
Great for: After work drinks, cocktail functions, informal meetings and interviews
Access to: toilets and seating
Westview
Capacity: 15-40
Great for: Breakfast meetings, presentations, board meetings
Access to: Toilets, big screen, Legends Bar, TV screen and sound system
Norwester
Capacity: 12-60
Great for: Group presentations and corporate functions. The projector is located at the front of the room and seating is usually arranged in a presentation style front and centre.
Access to: Toilets, projector screen, TV screens and sound system
Equipment, linen, set-up and pack down charges may be applicable depending on the scale and event requirements of the room hire. Please enquire with the functions and events team to see what additional costs may be applied to your room hire.
All catering and beverages are to be arranged via the Hornby Club Functions and Events team. We do not allow catering from external contractors and no BYO beverages. All catering and beverages are additional to room hire costs. Hornby Club provides package options for catering and bar use. We can also create custom menus and specialty drinks if required.
