Centrally located, the Millennium Hotel Rotorua is ideal as an conference venue and base from which to enjoy the many superb activities available in this diverse region. Offering deluxe accommodation and warm, hospitable service, Millennium Hotel Rotorua is rated 4 Plus Star and Enviro Gold for its sustainability practices. The hotel is also a member of the Rotorua Sustainable Tourism Charter.
Millennium Hotel Rotorua has seven stand alone conference rooms, each with air-conditioning, wifi capability and able to cater for groups up to 400. Our experienced conference team are experts at coordinating professional events within the hotel as well as to many of Rotorua’s stunning outdoor locations and venues.
Mokoia Room - The largest of our conference rooms is located off the main lobby with a pre function area right outside its main doors. The room features a built in stage, large screen for presentations, high ceilings, adjustable lighting and built in sound system with microphone. Off street access is available from the Mokoia Room.
Millennium 1 - Located off the main lobby on level 2, Millennium 1 is the third largest conference room providing natural lighting, a hanging data projector and fixed screen for effortless connection for presentations.
Millennium 2 and Millennium 3 - Smaller conference rooms located on level 2 adjacent to Millennium 1. Both offer natural lighting, carpet flooring and a 65” TV moniter with wireless connection for presentation viewing.
Millennium 4 - Located on level 4, this is a medium sized conference room with natural lighting on two sides. Carpeted flooring and a built-in bar make it ideal for catered functions and dinners.
Millennium 5 - The second largest conference room is located on level 1 off the poolside area. It offers parquet wooden flooring, natural lighting and doors leading out to a private patio. Off street access is available from Millennium 5.
Boardroom - Small executive style meeting room on level 3 offering a private space with natural light, a built in boardroom table, and a 60” TV moniter to connect laptops for presentation viewing. Just add food and beverage of your choice.
