Harbour Society is a 15th-floor restaurant that offers sweeping views of Auckland City and Waitemata Harbour — and two chic break-away private dining spaces for all kinds of events and meetings.

At SO/ Auckland, all that glitters is gold. Our building is the former New Zealand Reserve Bank site which once held the largest gold reserve in the nation. The space has been revived—with glimmering touches—to bring the city's events, meetings and gatherings to life.

Waitemata Dining Room
A corner room with dual views of Auckland’s Harbour, the Harbour Bridge and Auckland’s bustling downtown. Endless natural light during the day and the glittering lights of downtown come evening.
It’s the ultimate entertaining space within Harbour Society: modular tables can be arranged to create all sorts of shapes and tablescapes, or be removed for intimate cocktail functions. Ample canapé, drinks, and course dining options are available for a range of functions.

An intimate space for up to 8 people to host a private dinner, corporate lunch or special event.
The decor is the best of both worlds: four walls decorated with rare and unique, handpicked wine bottles and an oval table for effortless, intimate conversation among guests.
Choose between our canapés, drinks and multiple-course dining options or have our talented team craft a bespoke food and beverage offering for any occasion.
