$800 inc gst 5-10 hours

Optional Extras:

Access to full commercial kitchen- $350 inc gst (access includes access to kitchen, oven, gas hobs. BYO utensils, cookware, serving dishes etc)
Crockery and glassware available for hire on request
Self serve tea/coffee- $4.50pp inc gst (min 15pax)
Linen hire- $15 inc gst per cloth (black or white available)
TV Screen with HDMI input- $250 inc gst

Catering:

At The Green Space you are welcome to BYO catering, or use any caterer of your choice.

All catering must be removed from the venue at the conclusion of your function- this includes your rubbish and recycling.

At The Green Space we are conscious of trying to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. Due to this- single use plastics (drink bottles, plastic cups, plates etc) are not to be used. For advice/ideas on alternative options, please contact our team directly.

Beverage:

The Green Space is a BYO venue. This means, as the hirer- YOU are welcome to supply the beverages for your guests. Your guests cannot BYO beverages.

If you are wanting to supply alcohol at your event, there are some conditions; if you are selling tickets, having a cash bar, or charging for alcohol in anyway- you need a liquor license and a duty manager onsite to serve the alcohol. Our venue is not licensed, therefore you would need to choose a caterer with a liquor license or apply for a special event license from the council.

If your event is free and you are not charging for alcohol, you don’t need a liquor license. We do require that you nominate someone who is not drinking, to be responsible for the service of alcohol and monitoring intoxication levels.

If alcohol is available, we require sufficient food to be supplied throughout the event for host responsibility purposes.
