Meadowood House is a luxurious private house, seamlessly renovated to its Art Deco magnificence. The house was originally built in the 1930s and has been renovated over the last few years, offering guests the clean modern style of this glamorous and decadent era.

Meadowood boasts 3 acres of garden with mature trees and 6 acres of young orchard. It is a beautiful serene property that can lend itself to any style of function, from bohemian-style weddings to corporate functions and classic champagne celebrations.

We are the only Hawke’s Bay venue that includes a tipi marquee as part of the wedding package, and provides our brides and grooms with a stunning natural backdrop for their big day.

We also offer boutique accommodation for 18 guests sharing: Meadowood House sleeps 8 guests, and Glamping in the Trees sleeps 10 guests.
