Venue Hire

Half day venue hire (from noon – 4 pm or 5 pm –midnight)
Summer rates (November 1st – April 30th) $800 incl. GST
Winter rates (May 1st – October 31st) $500 incl. GST

Full day venue hire (from noon – midnight)
Summer rates (November 1st – April 30th) $1,600 incl. GST
Winter rates (May 1st – October 31st) $1,000 incl. GST

COCKTAIL 160 - The maximum number of guests we can host for a standing function in the Bistro and courtyard

SEATED
Up to 110 inside the bistro
Up to 80 in the courtyard
Up to 150 bistro & courtyard

The venue hire includes:
· HALF DAY - Exclusive use of the Bistro and Courtyard from either noon – 4pm or    5pm – midnight
· FULL DAY - Exclusive use of the Bistro and Courtyard from noon – midnight
· Ongoing consultation with in-house Event Manager on all aspects of your function
· Sound system, tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, crockery & white linen napkins
· Set up, pack down and clean-up of the function

There are four different menu packages which are skilfully prepared by Head Chef Daniel Pistone using the best seasonal ingredients, menu options are chosen from our a la carte menu to ensure a dining experience to remember.
