The Napier Conference Centre

The Napier Conference Centre on Napier's Marine Parade is Hawke's Bay's only purpose-built conference facility. Following an extensive redevelopment and expansion in 2017, the centre is bigger and better than ever. With stunning panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean the centre’s location makes it the ideal venue for events, functions or any other celebration or special occasion.  The centre can host Christmas parties, balls, gala, weddings, award dinners, and family celebrations.

The centre's eight spaces can be used separately or integrated together. Choose from our grand Ballroom, Large Exhibition Hall, Small Exhibition Hall, Foyer and Gallery for larger events. We also have two well-appointed breakout rooms and a boardroom for smaller gatherings.

Our in-house caterers, Dish, provide delicious snacks, meals and beverages to enhance the overall event experience.
