- Round table seating for up to 180. Trestle tables can be provided (POA)
- 80 outdoor white chairs
- Large table plan holder
- Stage and existing lighting for the band
- Microphone and speakers available (both indoor and outdoor)
- White or black table linen 
- A range of vases for floral arrangements
- A range of crockery and cutlery
- Carafes and crystal glassware for champagne, beer, wine and water
- Coffee cups and saucers, milk jugs and sugar bowls
- Cleaning of the venue is included in your venue hire price
