Our venue hire is determined by the type of function and time required.

The Venue can comfortably accommodate 100 people seated or 120 utilizing the conservatory room
A full Liquor License and Bar Staff are included with the venue hire (if required)

Weddings – from only $1500 + gst

Casual Hire
• Morning Tea meetings – service clubs, Probus groups etc –finish by 12 noon - $ 75
• Seminars, meetings, presentations - Daytime - Half Day:  4 hours max until 5pm $150
• Seminars, meetings, presentations - Daytime - Full Day 8 hours max until 5pm $250
• Lunch - Daytime - Half Day 4 hours max until 4pm - min of 35 people $150
• Dinner - Evening - Clubs, Prizegiving, Awards Night - Full Meal - Everyone seated - Background music only - No dance floor required $195
• Dinner - Evening - Family celebrations - birthday parties - anniversaries - reunions - 21st - seated dinner, or finger food - Dance floor required $295
