VR Rotorua Lake Resort Weddings & Functions

Our unique lodge-inspired resort spreads over 7 acres of landscaped gardens offering a truly spectacular atmosphere to engage in business or pleasure. We have two large conference rooms with superior fixings to provide absolute comfort for your event, as well as up to six additional breakout rooms that can be booked for smaller functions. If you have other technical needs, just let our team know, and we’ll do all the hard work. Our adjoining bar and restaurant, The Grill, can cater to up to 90 diners with exquisite food and wine selections.

Conference Rooms
The VR One and VR Two conference rooms both provide natural light, air-conditioning and French doors that can open up to allow fresh air or the option of an outside break such as morning or afternoon tea. Standard equipment is included with the options or extra equipment if needed. Up to 6 additional breakout rooms can be booked for small meetings.

We have three wedding packages available;
Okawa Wedding - Half an hour pre-dinner. Canape service and gourmet wedding buffet or two course set menu

Mourea Wedding- One hour pre-dinner. Canape service.
One hour pre-dinner. Beverage service (House wines, house beers, soft drinks, and fresh fruit juices). Gourmet wedding buffet or three course set menu.

Rotoiti Wedding- One hour pre-dinner. Canape service, gourmet wedding buffet or degustation set menu.
